Whole School Weekly Bulletin 01.05.24

Whole School:

  • We had 77 late marks this week which is 30 less than last week! Well done to the 360 pupils who arrived to school on time every day ready to learn.

Children arriving after 8:45am will be marked as late and parents will be asked to sign children in via the screen in the school office. If you are struggling to get your child to school on time or have concerns about your child being late, our PFSA Mrs Bedford will be available most mornings to offer support. Remember to report absences to the school office by 9:00am

  • Did you know? A child who is an engaged reader provides themselves with self-generated learning opportunities that can be equivalent to several years of education.

  • Smartphone free childhood: Have you heard about the Smartphone free childhood movement? Are you concerned about your child owning a smartphone and what they can access? Smartphone free childhood movement aims to give power back to parents and kickstart the change society needs. Please check out the link: www.smartphonefreechildhood.co.uk
