Whole School:

 

• Please be mindful when parking around the school and remain polite when speaking with our neighbours. There is NO stopping on the zigzags outside the school gate, this is to keep your children safe.

 

• Parents we need your help! Our next careers afternoon is on Thursday the 14th of November and you are invited to help answer children’s questions about what jobs they would like to do in the future. It will be a great and exciting opportunity to come in and share with the children. If you think you can help, please register your interest by contacting the school by email on: office@eastoverschool.co.uk

 

• If you are using Sunrise & Twilight Club, please make sure you have a session booked via Scopay the day before your child is due to attend.

 

• The Art Ambassador Trip to East Quay is on Thursday. If your child has been chosen to attend this trip, please make sure you have consented via Scopay. 

 

• School photo day is Tuesday 15th October.  Children will have their individual photographs taken (and siblings that attend Eastover) during the school day.  If you have children who do not attend Eastover, we are offering sibling photographs from 8am until 8:45am, this session will end promptly at 8:45am in time for morning registration.

 

• Parents evening is the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of October. Booking will open from the 14th of October at 3:15 and sign-up sheets will be outside the classroom or you can email the class teacher. Further information will be emailed out later today. Afterschool Clubs will run this week except for dance which will finish on the 17th of October.

 

• Bridgwater week starts on Monday the 21st of October. Please make sure you are sending your children in with sensible school shoes and a warm coat as some year groups will be exploring different areas around Bridgwater throughout the week.

 

• Year 2 Otters Class have their parent assembly on Thursday the 17th of October. Gates will open for parents at 2:40pm ready to start the assembly at 2:45pm.
