On Saturday, 5th April, Bridgwater Town Council will be taking part in Keep Britain Tidy's national initiative – The Big Spring Clean.

With the support of town councillors, local agencies, and community groups, we will be organising coordinated litter picks across the town. Your school is located within the area covered by the attached poster.

This community project is an excellent opportunity to raise awareness about the impact of littering, particularly among children, and to inspire pride in the area where they live.

I’d be grateful if you could support this initiative by sharing the attached poster with parents and students through newsletters, parent apps, and physical posters.

In the Sydenham area, litter pickers will gather outside the Sydenham Community Centre at 10:00 AM.

In the Bower area, litter pickers will meet at Bower Ponds at 10am.
