Employer Encounters

RSPCA

The RSPCA came into school to work with individual classes as part of their science lessons and then delivered a KS2 assembly about the effects of pollution on the surrounding wildlife. This inspired Year 3 pupils to begin litter-picking around the school on a regular basis!

Year 6 pupils were able to ask questions relating to the different job opportunities within the RSPCA.

Trelleborg

Over the past few years, our year 6 pupils have forged a very strong relationship with a local world-leading engineering company - Trelleborg.

Trelleborg has always championed being as environmentally friendly as possible and this has led to a great partnership between them and our school.

We were delighted when they offered to purchase a large picnic table made from recycled materials for the whole school to enjoy.

What a great addition to our outside area!
