April - May 2025 Clubs

Please be aware the booking fee is now £5.00 per club per child, If this fee is not paid at the time of booking, the place on club will not be held.

Clubs will go live for booking on Scopay on Friday 4^th April from 10:30am onwards. Uploading the clubs is a manual process and it takes time. We kindly ask that you remain patient. 

Important Information:

• Places are first come, first served, and we are not able to reserve places before the above date/time.
• There will be a £5.00 non-refundable fee per child per after-school club. This is to cover the cost of staffing and resources. There is no fee for lunchtime clubs.
• You must complete the club consent form on Scopay and then click “secure place” on the homepage – if you do not complete this step, the place will not be secured.
• Clubs are in high demand. Therefore, we will be operating a waiting list for those unable to secure a place.
• Do not contact the school office for confirmation of your child’s place; Scopay will only allow you to sign up if places are available.
• Should your child not attend 2 weeks of a club (without a valid reason), they will be removed from the list and their place will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
• No refunds will be offered should your child no longer wish to attend. Club fees cannot be transferred to other clubs/trips/events etc. No refunds will be offered for cancelled clubs.
• If, for whatever reason, your child is not able to attend club, you must inform the school office on the day.
