Price increase from April 2025:
Please be informed of an upcoming change to our wraparound care service pricing. Due to a significant increase in staffing costs, we find it necessary to adjust our prices to continue providing the high-quality care your children deserve.
Effective from 22nd April 2025, the new pricing for our wraparound care services will be increased by 25p per session. This adjustment is essential to ensure we can maintain our current level of service and support our dedicated staff. Please ensure that you have enough money on your account if you have pre-booked sessions for after the Easter Holidays.
We understand that price increases can be challenging, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Sunrise Club
The Sunrise Club operates during term time only, each weekday from 7.45am to 8.45am for Breakfast.
Sessions and prices are as follows:
Time: 7:45 to 8:45 £2.00
The Sunrise Breakfast Club sessions include a choice of cereals and toast with a variety of toppings and fresh fruit, as well as a drink. Activities include quiet reading, craft activities and homework in preparation for the school day.
The Twilight Club
The Twilight Club operates during term time only, each weekday from 3.15 to 5.45. Please see wrap-around care fees for session times and prices.
The Twilight After School Club includes a sandwich or snack as well as a drink. Activities such as craft, cookery, topics, outdoor play and homework. Please be advised that we sometimes play DVDs with a 'U' or 'PG' rating. If you do not wish your child/children to watch a 'PG' rated film, then please inform the office or a member of the Twilight Afterschool Club.

Wrap-around Care Fees
All sessions must be paid for in advance.
Fees for wrap-around care are payable at the time of booking. Sessions can be booked online using your child's Scopay account or with exact cash in the office.
If a child is absent due to illness, then no charge will be made for this period and the session will be cancelled. Any variation to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Late collections
A charge of £3.50 will apply if a child is collected after the session booked has finished.
However, for late collections after the club finish time of 5:45pm, a fee of £3.50 will apply during each 15-minute period.

The charge will be applied to the child’s account and this must be paid for within 2 weeks by either visiting the school office or logging in to the online account.
