Year 6 Leavers hoodies

Dear Year 6 Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to purchase your Year 6 child a School Leavers Hoodie.

They have been really popular since offering them a few years ago, so we hope you will find them a lovely keepsake for your child’s time at Eastover.

The link below will allow you to place and pay for your own order directly. All orders need to be placed by 31^st January 2025. They will then all be delivered to school in February.

The cost per hoodie will range from £11.63 Junior sizes and £14.95 Adult sizes. You will also have the option to add your child’s name which will appear on the sleeve of the hoodie for an additional £4.95. They will be available in Red and the design can be viewed when ordering.

The PTA have again subsidised some of the cost and a discount has already been applied to the prices above to reflect this.

There will shortly be 2 sample sizes in Year 6 for children to try on to check for sizing, but there are also guidelines on the company’s website to help.

**Please note: All Year 6 class First names will appear on the back of the hoodie, so please let us know if you have objections to this before the 31^st December 2024**

Friendly faces of Eastover PTA

Dear Parents,

As you may know, the children in Year 6 are offered the opportunity to take part in a residential trip, and this year it will take place at the end of May 2025.  We are very excited to try an outdoor adventure centre in Devon called Dartmoor Activity Centre.

The price for the three days will be £170.00, including transport.  Please contact the office for the price if your child is pupil premium. If you need to discuss your financial position with the school about your child attending the trip, please also contact the school office. A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required by FRIDAY July 12^th 2024 to secure your child’s place. The remaining balance will need to be paid in full by the 31^st March 2025. This can be paid in instalments or in a lump sum. Please visit: www.scopay.com/eastoverprimary to log in to your Child’s Scopay account for payment.

Payment dates:

12^th July 2024- £30 Deposit

25^th October 2024- £50 1^st Instalment

31^st January 2025- £50 2^nd Instalment

31^st March 2025- £40 Final payment
